Philippe Lahaye holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Institut Universitaire de Gestion HEC of Liège, Belgium (1989) and a special degree in Revisorat and Accounting expert valuation from the Cooremans Institut (1992 - 1993). He joined NorthgateArinso in 1997 as Account Manager for the HR Skill Center of Exxon. In October 1997, he was appointed Business Development Manager of NorthgateArinso's activities in Luxembourg. In mid 1998 he was appointed Managing Partner of NorthgateArinso Luxembourg, where he developed activities from one single project in early 1998 to 17 projects in 2004 with revenue of above 3.5 million EUR.
From 1989 to 1991, Philippe acted as Management Consultant of the Andersen Consulting Organization, the consulting division for Arthur Andersen & Co. He participated in the localization of American manufacturing & financial packages MAC-PAC & FIN-PAC, as well as in a 'Preliminary System Design' phase for the set-up of SAP R/2 in a large petrochemical company. From 1991 to 1995 he was an internal consultant for the European Co-ordination Center of Harris/3M. After leading major SAP systems re-organization projects at a European level, he was promoted to 'European Material & Accounting Manager'. From 1995 to 1997 he was project manager at Dow Corning Europe, managing a group of 200 people implementing the various SAP modules worldwide.
